Brian Ray
Visionary & Construction Expert
Brian brings deep experience in construction and project management, offering clients a practical, behind-the-scenes understanding of how homes are built, improved, and maintained.
With a background in general contracting and hands-on project oversight, he is skilled at evaluating a property’s condition, identifying potential issues, and understanding what it truly takes to execute a renovation or repair. Brian’s approach is methodical and clear, helping clients assess feasibility, costs, and timelines with confidence.

OUR STORY
Our story begins at home, with our own family. As our lives grew and shifted, we found ourselves navigating change, making thoughtful transitions, and learning firsthand how deeply real estate shapes the way we live. What started as a practical decision became a path that allowed us to build stability for our family and design a life aligned with our values.
Every step along the way—general contracting, renovating and flipping homes, and eventually sales—was formative. Each experience sharpened our perspective and intentionally prepared us for the work we do today. Real estate taught us how homes function, how decisions compound over time, and how the right guidance can create both opportunity and peace of mind.
